  Been coming here for about a year. Gave them a call to let them know I was a bit late. Employee just hung up. I've never felt so disrespected. Staff needs to be retrained in customer service. Call happened aprox 1100 on 8/30/26.

  Thank you Sydney my kid loves his haircut! This is the 2nd time coming here for my 7 year old and we love how clean and nice this place is also staff is so friendly. We will definitely be coming back ❤️

  A+++++++ Wow I really appreciate Keep it Cut - This place is definitely awesome/ I'm relatively new and wanted to try this.. I got Stanze as my Hair stylist, I was very happy with my haircut and I really appreciated that she took me in even though I was a bit late to my appt- She brushed off - my lateness and kept a good attitude 😁 I hope the tip showed her I appreciated her service - Thank you Keep it cut for hiring good people like Stanze - I will keep my membership

  Whats the point of setting up an appointment and then still waiting 25 minutes for a haircut? Definitely a let down.

  I’ve been getting my hair cut by Sydney at this location for 5+ years. Sydney is easy to talk to and does a great job / gives a great haircut. She’s the shop manager for this location and I always have a great experience at Keep it Cut Tempe!
