Gavin matched the picture I showed him, even after the cut and dye was finished he styled it just like the picture. (Or as close as he can get) Im very picky with how I like my bangs cut and Gavin is one of the only people I trust to cut my bangs. He is professional and his artistry with hair is beautiful. I like to let him have fun and play with colors or cuts. He has really good suggestion and kinda knows what he is doing. I mean hes been in this art for what like 17 years or so. Hes great! I recommend this jc penny.
