  I purchased a perfume sampler kit and tried to return it after buying two different ones and they said it’s non refundable. It does not state that on the box and the associate that rang me up did not inform me of that when I purchased it. She just rang up my item and put it and the receipt in the bag. They have opened the box and have seen the samples and the voucher are in the box. I never even opened it because I had purchased it for a gift. This item was $98 so it’s not cheap

  I remember when I first came the locals would say don’t go to Sephora! It seems that it a growing con census that those people don’t like Sephora’s customers. Don’t bother telling the store manager he doesn’t care either, customers here are treated poorly. If the store doesn’t do well it’s the environment and associates they are different dismissive and very unkind. Everybody can’t be wrong.😑.

  I came in when the store was empty and told the associate I was just browsing. Instead of giving me space, she followed me around, peeking through displays and clearly watching my hands and purse like I was trying to steal. She never once asked if I needed anything again, just kept circling me, which felt invasive and uncomfortable. Once the store got busier, I was finally left alone and able to shop in peace, despite wanting to put everything back and go to another location. At checkout, she was cold and rude, didn’t say a word, and practically threw my bag and receipt at me. If theft is that much of a concern at this location, they need better staffing and training instead of paranoia toward paying customers.

  This location has the worst customer service for any Sephora I’ve ever shopped at. I went in needing assistance for color matching some foundation and couldn’t find anyone to help me. I later realized that the associate that was supposed to be assisting customers was actually in an isle blocking customers from shopping while she talked with a friend. At one point we asked another associate for some assistance but she was too busy to comprehend the full request and instead interrupted us mid sentence with “absolutely not”. Will not be returning to this location.
