  I've been here a couple times since many other Sephora locations are usually out of stock for the products I want. The ladies here are always so courteous, helpful, and professional. Today a woman assisted me with a shade match and exchange for a foundation I purchased online and it was such an easy and seamless process. The staff always make it worth the drive.

  So happy to have a stand alone Sephora. I’ve been a few times since they opened and every time have been greeted by the employees and asked if I needed any assistance and was left to do my shopping on my own which was perfect! Alexa recently helped me get a few samples and some items that weren’t in stock on the shelf and she was so helpful! The store has all the brands I had hoped for and everything is well stocked! Very happy and will continue to go back probably more times than I should :)

  After reading some of these reviews I had low expectations going in today! But I was greeted right away, and asked if I needed help 2 more times. I thought the staff was super friendly! I thought your store was really nice! Only thing is I wish you sold nail polish! I will definitely return 😊

  Unfortunately will probably not shop in person at this location which is a shame given it’s the closest stand alone nearby. First, they do not carry It cosmetics or dry bar, which is a personal issue I guess, everyone uses different brands and maybe those aren’t as popular anymore. But the first time I went in the store I asked about dry bar and the associate said she had never heard of that brand before…. Secondly, I went in yesterday for the second time. I was with my mom and we were looking to buy her makeup and possibly skincare. The associate that helped us was very nice but showed us one foundation from Haus Labs and that was it. She said let me know if you need anything else. We looked around ourselves and grabbed a couple other items and decided we would go to ulta (where I never shop) to see what they had. As we were checking out, two young girls were using the mascara testers by the check out directly on their lashes. I didn’t want to say anything and feel like a Karen but I was grossed out. I let the cashier know and she said “yeah you can use it directly, we wipe them off with alcohol.” I was shocked by that response as I was pretty sure the policy is NOT to do that. Leaving the store I asked the associate at the front if it was really acceptable to use testers directly on customers. She gave a similar answer and then said technically no and asked which one it was so she could pull it off the shelf. It will be difficult for me to want to return to this location. I think the service could have been better yesterday and I’m worried about contracting an infection since they are allowing people to use testers directly on themselves.
