  My wife just came back with a hair cut from here. She has long hair, the person that cut it, cut it into a blunt cut. Strait line across her back, it looks super un natural and un professional. what a joke

  I wanted to support this salon because of all the positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience has been the complete opposite every time I’ve tried to come here. I had a scheduled appointment and was getting ready to leave when I received a last-minute call saying my stylist had canceled. While I understand emergencies happen, canceling at the last minute without offering another solution felt very unprofessional. The second experience was even more disappointing. I was running a little behind because, as a parent of a young child, unexpected situations happen. Instead of just showing up late, I called as a courtesy to ask about the grace period so I wouldn’t waste anyone’s time. Michelle’s attitude on the phone was immediately rude and dismissive. She sounded irritated, repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation, and talked over me instead of letting me finish. She kept emphasizing that the appointment was 30 minutes long and that if I arrived late she’d only have 20 minutes left. All I needed was a simple trim—no shampoo, no styling, just a quick trim. I completely understand that salons have schedules to keep, and I respect their policies. That’s exactly why I called ahead. What bothered me wasn’t the policy—it was the way I was treated. Every time I’ve tried to come to this salon, I’ve been met with disrespect instead of professionalism and kindness. Based on my experiences, I can’t recommend this salon. There are plenty of places that value their customers and communicate respectfully, so I would recommend checking out other salons before choosing Pin Curlz Parlor.

  Roxanne was my stylist and she absolutely killed it!! She did an amazing job for what i thought was otherwise dead and hopeless hair. thank you so much Roxanne, i look forward to getting my hair braided again! for those reading this review (Keep in mind i only got the braids no haircut) getting your hair done may seem routine and simple but for those who rarely go its really a special thing and Roxanne definitely made it even more special with her great work. The shop was well put together and everything was clean, 10/5 stars.

  I’ve been coming here for a while, and they’ve never disappointed me and I don’t think they ever will. The staff is always kind, patient, and accommodating. Bangs are definitely a commitment, and my hair can be pretty unpredictable, but they always find a way to make it work. My hair is naturally complex, and bangs make it even trickier, yet they consistently do an amazing job. Thank you to this amazing team, I’ve also sat with almost every one of them, and they all do incredible work. Everyone here is talented, welcoming, and truly cares about making their clients feel confident and comfortable. A special thank you to Emily for always working with me and encouraging me to voice my opinions throughout the process though it can be a rough journey, it’s not only in the easy times we say thank you but also in the tricky times- it truly makes such a difference.
