I booked an appointment after my husband called ahead and confirmed. She provided hair services period she sounded confident and accepted the appointment. she asked me which developer volume to use during the bleaching process, which race concerns about experience with her hair services. While doing my hair, there were multiple incidences, where she was not careful with her tools and repeatedly made contact with my chest with her comb, which made me uncomfortable. For the cut, I asked for a trim and disgust face framing, specifically stating I only wanted framing. If it kept it longer in the front despite this, the front ended up shorter than I requested. She did a blowout first and then made additional cutting adjustments. Afterwards, while my hair was style, which made the final result harder to control and inconsistent at one point.I asked her to stop cutting. When I initially left the salon, my hair was acceptable under her lighting, and I even texted that it seemed better than before. However, once I got home, I was able to see it was clearly in natural light and style. It myself and realize it was uneven, and not what I expected. I ended up having to purchase products and correct and retone.It myself. After reaching out to address the issue, I never received a call back or attempt to fix the remedy.Instead, I was told that I needed to pay additional money for a correction.After paying for the original service. Overall, the experience did not meet professional expectations for hair service.And I would not recommend her for hair services.
