  I have been in this location a few times. Try to avoid it because the customer service is garbage however, only had to go in a few days ago for a cleanser this time and it's close to me. I never get greeted and this time was no exception. I have also have never been asked if I need help. I found my cleansing balm and went to the cash register. I was checked out by Will. He asked me is I had a number with them which I do not. He then informed me that it's a problem and it effects the associates metrics and they get pulled aside and "talked to" if the customer dosent have their number with Sephora. He also let me know I would have been better off to just order of Amazon or online so it wouldn't effect the stores/associates numbers. I just wanted to get my cleansing balm and go. I didn't need a full breakdown of how the store works nor do I care about an associate I've never met or have a relationship with..also again, they never help. Very odd and unprofessional behavior. Seems like an overhaul in customer training is needed.

  I Have shopped at Kohl's other places, but this one seemed it was unorganized. Had a hard time finding what I was looking for in this store.

  i came in today looking for a fragrance for my sisters birthday and had no clue where to start until this lovely lady Anna helped me for around 15 minutes and even gave me some good advice and helpful tips on what to get and look for great customer service 👍 overall successful sephora run
