- NCNicole ChavezNov 16, 20241.0If you’re considering leasing here, RUN! This building is a nightmare. Although it’s in a convenient location the atmosphere is really unpleasant. I’ve been here 4 times now and there are never ending issues. The building temperature is either FREEZING or SCALDING. My provider gave me a heated blanket for my last appointment and I was still shivering. There have been plumbing issues, sewage smells, the list goes on. There’s nothing the professionals leasing the units can do about it and they try so hard to accommodate clients but the building managers/owners are not properly managing this could-be great place. There are so many other lovely places in the valley that will offer a nicer environment. Look elsewhere…
