- LLLuisMay 10, 20262.0Overcharged me for the products I purchased. I bought a body lotion and a face wash for momma, but somehow got charged for two “Beauty Sleep” products instead (which were more expensive). I guess it could’ve gone the other way and I could’ve accidentally paid less, but somehow luck wasn’t on my side there. All the containers look nearly identical, so I’m surprised they don’t scan each item individually instead of scanning the same one multiple times like the cashier did. A little more attention to detail would’ve prevented the mix-up and me being overcharged. Not the end of the world, but definitely not chill.
