The sales representative is just not friendly at all and felt the difference significantly as I was coming from visiting loccitane to get my routine lotion where the sales are just superb. The manager was nice but not the sales rep. Felt being looked down coz of what I was wearing (t shirt and jean) or maybe coz she was having a bad day. I don’t think I will ever gonna visit this one store in the future. Back to Chandler’s.

I've been to paradise valley location but didn't like the mall, so I switched to Chandler fashion Center. Since I had to go to Scottsdale fashion square today and decided to pop in there for last minute gifts. Well, I got no greeting and no acknowledgement whatsoever after 10 minutes of standing in the store. Now I remember why I didn't like going to this location. I believe I got similar treatment last time I went to this store ( about 4 years ago?)
