I have recently moved to queen creek and was looking for a new nail place with talented nail technicians and had the opportunity to try out Zara Nail bar. The vibe is upscale and fun. They even offer bar service 🥂🍷
Wendy did an awesome job hand painting designs on my nails and I just love them. Jason is also amazing at pedicures. I really enjoyed my time there and will definitely be back❤️🥰

I had an amazing experience! My nail tech Wendy is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and truly cares about her work. My nails turned out beautiful, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The salon is very clean inside, and the front desk lady was so kind, welcoming, and friendly. It was also a nice touch to be served a complimentary drink in a wine glass—it made the whole experience feel extra relaxing and luxurious. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for excellent service and beautiful nails. I’ll definitely be back!

i went yesterday and got a pedicure and a builder gel fill. the pedicure was great but unfortunately i was not happy with my nails :( i called today to explain that i wasn’t happy and the girl at the front desk told me i could come in to have them redone. when i got there, they were extremely apologetic and willing to fix them. anna ended up doing a complete fill (at no cost) and they look amazing! i will absolutely be going back to see anna!

Tracy Deevy French pedicure on my toes and Cindy did a French manicure acrylic set on my hands. Both of them did announce outstanding job. I love the salon 10 out of 10 recommend I cannot wait to come back— I came in with short nails because I’ve had a long summer don’t judge me
Extremely dissatisfied with the service of this business. The aesthetics of the nail salon are lovely, but the quality of service and the music are less than satisfactory.
The music played is rave type music and every song had the “f” word. ABSOLUTELY inappropriate for a business establishment.
First service - I requested a minimalistic pedicure with regular polish. I didn’t appreciate getting pressured to have gel polish, I know it lasts a long time but it wasn’t what I wanted. Gel polish is an additional $20 too. The girl used the rotary machine to take off prior polish. She used the same machine to shorten toes nails and clean up cuticles. She never used clippers or the little scissors. I’m now dealing with tender skin on around my toe nails. Listed on the website and in their “menu of services” it indicates “Massage with Hot Stones: 8 mins”. The massage consisted of rubbing my shin about 3 minutes per leg - yes, she kept looking at a timer! Her hand went up and down my shin and over my knee repeatedly. The same place with every stroke. My calf was never touched! After each leg, she left and then brought over hot rocks. She rubbed the hot rocks up and down the sides of my leg no more than 30 seconds each leg! No 8 minutes as their menu indicates. The hot towel that’s listed on their menu was never wrapped on my legs for any length of time like other nail salons. It was only set on my legs then she immediately started wiping up any residual lotion. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.
Second service - The girl had me stay in the pedicure chair. I had gel polish put on my nails. The girl used the rotary machine to take off my old polish. The polish dust went everywhere and was very close to my face. She never used clippers or scissors to cut back nails or clean up cuticles. She used the rotary machine to shortened nails and clean up around nail. I now have several hang nails and irritation on the sides of my nails. I asked for square rounded for my nail shape. All my nails are different lengths and not finished off the same. I came in with long nails and now they are super short. She never used a nail file on my nails. She only used the rotary machine! A couple nails are also crooked. She put so much polish on the tip edge of the nail that there’s polish under the nail. It looks like a child painted my nails. At the point of experiencing all this, I just wanted for her to finish up so I could leave. I noticed polish on the skin on a couple finger tips and asked her if she could clean that up. She took a nail file to my skin to sand off the polish!! I told her nevermind. Another TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. I had this service right before the holiday so no time to find another nail salon on such short notice. I would have been better off walking out and doing them myself.
My TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT for the day was $91.! I spoke with the girl at checkout about the music and service. She just apologized and no offer to get management. Not even sure there was any present.
One last thing - no offer of ANY beverage as they are known for. Not a deal breaker but wanted to mention.
If you like Zara Nail Bar, find another one to go to. Don’t go to the Hudson location. I won’t be going back to the Hudson location.
Had to add - my appointment was Thursday, July 2 at 9:00 am. There were only a few customers receiving service at that time. The response from management downplaying the unacceptable foul language music, excuses for poor quality of service and that they must have been busy, which they clearly weren’t, indicates they have no regard for their customers.
