- AFAlyssa FurnivalApr 21, 20231.0First off I am not a licensed professional and no where in the store says only licensed professionals can shop here. I walked in with my sisters, decided on some items for about 40+ minutes and not once were we asked if we needed any help or was notified that we wouldn't be able to purchase here when it was clear we've never been. I walked to the register to pay and received instant attitude when I asked about a product and was then told we wouldn't be able to purchase anything, not even a literal hairbrush. So basically horrible customer service and zero communication I recommend just going to Sally's where everyone's actually friendly.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
