I already returned the 300 dlls i bought from her. Her appearance was a disaster too! Her hair was dry, horrible makeup. I dont know what shes doing at Sephora.

- RMRaven M.Nov 18, 20231.0Worst Sephora I’ve ever been too… my fiancé first went in for me to look for something and when asking for help they were supposedly rude and according to him they seemed agitated that he asked if they had that product but I honestly thought he might have been saying that till I came in today… the people working for kohls is nice but not these people they even told me a false statement saying that none of the Sephora stores have brow pomade that only ulta does… well I went to the Sephora in happy valley (next closest one) and they sold this brow pomade that none of the Sephora stores supposedly sold according to that employee who was making it clear that they don’t sell it. (And no she didn’t just say that the Sephora in kohl’s don’t sell brow pomade she said all the Sephora locations don’t unless you go online) lastly they don’t even have half the stuff that the happy valley one has who also by the way have very welcoming and helpful employees.
