- TETori EastSep 13, 20264.0Great color matching and knowledgeable but it was a bummer to hear when I asked an employee to help me color match, he asked his co worker, “do you want to help color match, I’m looking for items,” and she said “no, not really.” So kind of awkward knowing they didn’t really want to help me.
- CHCynthia HubbardSep 10, 20262.0I'm a fan of Sephora but when there are 7 staff possible 8 and I'm the only customer in there walking around for over 20 minutes looking for what I need and not 1 employee approached me to offer assistance. They were all to busy gossiping and on phones. Please go to another location or different suppler if this is how they treat their customers. Very disappointed!

- GOGB OwingsAug 6, 20262.0Far below average service. Would rather shop online. I've been a customer for 20 years & have seen a huge decline in the customer service in store. Love the location & the store itself
