  I met the BEST employee. I just wanted to leave this review because I was so satisfied with my results. I usually come to Sephora and always get my skin color or skin tone matched and it always get matched incorrectly by the employee at Sephora (this should be looked into). I have spent multiple dollars in Sephora buying the wrong foundation color due to the employee choice and them not knowing the proper skin tone match ( seriously needs to be training on this ) There is NO knowledge on the correct melanin skin color matches correctly . I met Cole at the Camelback store and he was amazing. He matched me perfectly. He knew exactly what my undertones were. He did me a full face finding me the blush. Find me the concealer finding me the setting powder finding me the setting spray he got me to a whole foundational look and I’m so ecstatic for it and I’m happy that he helped me and I am finally happy that my purchase is gonna be used and not just sitting on my dresser.

  Mindy the assistant store manager is incompetent and not fit for management. She is disrespectful and inconsiderate. Sephora really needs to reassess their hiring decisions

  Super weird vibes. I walked up to an employee, expecting some kind of greeting, and instead, I just got a stare. I said hi and asked my question, but she just pointed and told me, “over there.”

  This is a great store and all of the people working here clearly are working super hard! I appreciate their help whenever I come in 🫶🏼 and love that it’s right next to my gym (although my bank account may not, haha).

  Sephora in Biltmore in Scottsdale is racist and judgmental as hell. How are me & my best friend going to be the only 2 brown girls in the store, shopping and ya’ll came up to us FIVE different times, on separate occasions, INDIVIDUALLY, to ask us if we’re finding everything ok? I didn’t see the “other girls” receive the level of “customer service” we did. They were left alone. I just read the previous Google reviews and people are actually complaining that they weren’t approached ENOUGH. Ya’ll didn’t really have to come up to me while I’m making my baby his bottle of formula to ask me the same thing. You clearly saw me making his bottle. 🙄 I wasn’t even shopping at that point. Bet, ya’ll were surprised when we went to the cashier and paid for our things. Can’t shop in peace or browse in peace without you guys constantly following us around and asking us if we need help. 5 times. Individually. It’s Scottsdale, so I’m not even surprised, but at least make an effort to hide it better. Jesus. Stop racially profiling. Seriously, Sephora, do better.
