  Easy to find what I wanted and checkout was quick. I had to edit the actual pin location because when I followed it on Google Maps it took me to a different part of the shopping complex. This store is located on the SW inner part of the central mall section.

  Wonderful experience here! After barely wearing makeup for the past year and throwing everything away, I came in looking for some makeup and skincare for my brother’s upcoming wedding. The gentleman who greeted me was very friendly, and when I told him what I was looking for, he called his colleague Tash over to assist me. Tash was sweet, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. She made the experience feel easy and comfortable. I highly recommend this store and Tash to anyone looking for thoughtful and attentive help!

  As someone who works in the skincare industry, I truly value both product knowledge and excellent customer service, and my experience at Sephora was outstanding. I went in looking for a sparkly eyeliner, and Sophia was absolutely amazing. She helped me choose two beautiful sparkly eyeliners that would not easily rub off or smear, which was exactly what I needed. Since my skin is sensitive, she was also very thoughtful in helping me gently remove products between trying colors using a coconut oil-based formula. Sophia also helped me find a fun sparkly lip gloss with a light tint that turned out to be a total game changer. She spent a lot of time with me and even showed me different ways to apply it for different looks. When I checked out, Toni was fabulous as well. She was warm, friendly, helped me create an account, and explained everything clearly. I even received two little free gifts for my purchase and for signing up as a first-time customer! Such a fun and positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

  Terrible customer service. Workers are unwelcoming, never offer to help, and blatantly walk away whenever you walk past them. They treat customers like an inconvenience and it honestly made me put everything back / not buy anything.
