  Dee is a life saver! After years of struggling to find the right foundation shade for me, Dee set me up for success and made sure I got exactly what I needed. She also took time showing me some tips and tricks along the way. I appreciate her greatly. I can’t wait to go back, she makes the shopping experience fun and not an errand. Thank you, Dee!

  I came in recently to test some Mac products as I do not frequently buy stuff from the brand. The store itself was neat and organized, but I wanted to make a positive note about the amazing customer service I received from the store manager, Dani. When I walked in she greeted me right away and was so helpful with her tips and recommendations. I am usually intimidated walking into luxury makeup stores, but Dani made the experience such a fun learning experience. I highly recommend asking for her when you're shopping here!

  I come to this Mac frequently, but tonight I decided to visit last minute because I wanted some concealer and foundation. When I walked in Ricky was actively helping two women with trying on products, but she immediately stopped to acknowledge me and let me know she would be with me soon with her radiant smile. She finished helping the ladies, and immediately came over to assist me. The store was definitely closed, but she treated me like the store had just opened. She helped me find my shade, she was curious about my makeup routine and how the products would fit into it, and she has such a lighthearted and fun spirit. I felt like I was makeup shopping with my bestie. She reminded me why I’m a loyal MAC girlie and why I love this location. Always clean, organized, and staffed with the loveliest artist. Thank you for making my night Ricky it meant the world to me ❤️

  I never been in a MAC store and dropped by the one at the Biltmore Fashion Park with my daughter. As soon as I walked in Makayla greeted us and made us feel welcome. Although I wasn't very big into makeup and unsure what to look for, she helped me find awesome products. She was very patient, kind, respectful, showed excellent customer service, and knew her stuff! I am very happy with my purchase .Thanks again Makayla and hope to see you soon!
