I was bit nervous going to my appointment since it was my first time bleaching my hair but Arthur was super helpful and nice during the process, he let me know what he was doing to my hair each step and made sure I was comfortable during the whole appointment. I love my new hair it’s so cute!! I will definitely be booking with them again!! \( ^o^ )/
