  I was honestly nervous about getting my hair colored after having previous experiences at other salons that left my hair damaged and in really bad shape. Crystal completely put me at ease! She was so thorough and took the time to really listen to what I wanted, explain everything, and make sure she understood my goals before getting started. She was incredibly careful with my hair and clearly knows her stuff. I felt like she genuinely cared about the health of my hair and not just getting me in and out of the chair. My hair looks EXACTLY like I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! I already have my next appointment scheduled!! Thank you, Crystal!!! ❤️ I’m so happy I found you and can’t wait for my next appointment! Highly recommend her!

  I've been going to Crystal Fugate, the manager of the salon, for about 3 years now and I have to say, she is one of the best! I went to three other hair stylists before I found her and she cut my hair perfectly. I have short, fine hair and I wanted a certain style and she nailed it. I get compliments all the time and I appreciate her very much!

  I've been a customer of Crystal's at the JC Penny's salon for a few years now. She does an excellent job and is attentive to your questions or concerns. She also takes time with you as a customer to ensure a positive experience. I would reccomend her for your next hair cut, color or whatever is needed. She is very personable and pleasant during each visit.

  I have been going to the JC Penny Salon for a couple years now. I was referred to Crystal and she has cut my hair ever since. I continue for all the regular reasons; a great haircut at a reasonable price, clean Salon, always on time…but I stay for the EXCELLENT, flexible and friendly service I get from Crystal. She knows how I want my hair and I can relax and catch-up with a friend rather than stressing about the outcome. I highly recommend the JC Penny Salon and in particular Crystal.
