I was passing through Arizona and was in dire need of just a haircut. I have a crazy life and my stylist is usually at least a month out..Dead ends galore, so desperate for a cut and I happened to be at this strip mall. So I did not make an appointment, it was about a 15 minute wait. The gal had me in and out of there in literally 10 minutes. She just cut my hair dry, it was perfect…I needed my layers touched up, the length of my hair shortened by a few inches and just clean it up. 20 bucks which is ridiculously cheap so I gave her a hefty tip which she very much deserved. My stylist was friendly, engaging, fast. I walked out of there looking like I had the $200 service. Thanks so much!!! Highly recommend this place!!

There were two older women working, and we were helped by the one with long hair. I initially asked for about a one-inch trim, along with some thinning and blending at the bottom since his hair is quite thick.However, she responded dismissively, saying she had already done what I asked. When we left, my son’s hair looked uneven and choppy, with no smooth blending. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning, as I didn’t feel the quality of service met expectations. Ladies are very unqualified to be cutting hair.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
