The worst part of my experience was how aggressively my nails were filed. One finger was actually cut during the filing, and multiple fingers were still sore hours after I left the salon. I’ve been getting acrylic nails for about 20 years, and I’ve never left a normal appointment with several fingers hurting from the filing. I really wanted to love this place. The salon is absolutely beautiful, probably the nicest nail salon I’ve seen in this area, and the receptionist was very nice. I recently moved, and my longtime nail salon is now a little too far away, so I came here specifically hoping to find a new nail person I could see consistently every 2–3 weeks. I originally booked a fill with a specific technician because I wanted to try her specifically. Once I got there, I realized I actually needed a new full set. Instead of explaining the situation or giving me the option to decide what I wanted to do, I was simply placed with a completely different technician with no explanation. When I finally asked why, I was told that the technician I had booked doesn’t do full sets. That doesn’t work for someone like me. When I find a nail technician I like, I stick with that person. I’m not looking to have one person do my fills and someone else do my full sets. I want to establish a relationship with one technician who can consistently do my nails and knows exactly how I like them. Unfortunately, I wasn’t confident in the work of the technician I was moved to. He was applying the acrylic much thicker than I wanted, and I had to stop him and ask him to make it thinner. I’ve worn my nails essentially the same way for years, so I knew immediately that the amount of acrylic being applied was going to result in nails much thicker than I prefer. Then there was the aggressive filing that cut one finger and left several of my fingers sore. I was also charged an additional $10 to remove my existing nails. I understand salons can set their own pricing, so the $10 itself isn’t the biggest issue. My previous salon doesn’t charge me separately for this, and I think they understand the value of having a client who returns every few weeks. Combined with everything else, the experience here felt much more transactional than what I’m used to. It’s unfortunate because the salon has so much going for it. The location is beautiful, the space is gorgeous, and I genuinely came in hoping this would become my new regular salon. But being moved to a different technician without explanation and then leaving with a cut and multiple sore fingers is enough for me. I will not be returning.

I’m so sad because I really liked the salon, but I can’t go there anymore now. They were way overcharging me for a basic pedicure with callus removal and then my friend told me that a nail tech cut her finger while he was working on her nails dropped the tools that he was using and continue to use all of the tools that he had including the one he was using when she got cut to do her nails. So I can’t go back there now. $66 for a very basic pedicure with callus removal is too high even for our area. Callus removal should be included in a pedicure anyway - it always was. I hope you have better luck.

I did my gel pedicure with technician Be! She was very gentle and the pedicure itself looks clean and pretty.

I had such a wonderful experience here! The salon had such a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere, which made the whole appointment feel like a little escape. My nail tech, Elly, was amazing! She was so attentive throughout the entire service and made sure I was happy with every step. I really appreciated how thoughtful and detail-oriented she was. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and so happy with my nails. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’m honestly really surprised this place has nearly 5 stars. The price you pay vs the service you get is far from “luxury”. I went in for a Pedi with gel and everything felt rushed. I noticed the lady wasn’t clipping my toe nails or shaping them or pushing my cuticles to get them cleaned up, when I asked her she said it wasn’t needed (it absolutely was needed) so when I insisted, she used the drill to cut my toe nails and it was so painful, I asked her to used a nail clipper and she pulled a dirty one from her tool box, at this point i said never mind, so she moves on to my hot stone massage which according to the menu should have been a 8min hot stone massage and I don’t joke when I say that it lasted anywhere from 30-45 seconds total. Towards the end I did let her know my service fell short of a luxury experience and that everything felt rushed and she said it was because they were closing soon. If this is the case then they shouldn’t have confirmed my 4pm appointment. The place is stunning, but don’t be fooled by that.
