  My highlight is not good. I normally get blonde highlights, and I asked for that and to be brighter. The highlight I received left me with a dull strawberry blonde that I hate. I spent $287 including tip and I could have done this myself with a box from the store for a lot less. I've been having my hair highlighted for years, so this was a bit shocking. In the chair, I could tell it was too dark, but thought maybe the outside light would be better. No. It is terrible. The wasted almost $300 for nothing and that's hard. I gave 2 stars because the cut is good. I replied to their text and told them and never received a response. I don't leave reviews often, and certainly not bad ones, but this is upsetting.

  I recently had my hair cut and was not happy with the results. I found myself chatting with Ai trying to help me find someone that could get my cut more like the picture I had presented of a previous haircut I had. It recommended Tease Me hair salon so I asked which hairdresser. We narrowed it down to Vanessa. I know this process of picking someone sounds unorthodox but I don’t have a network of friends here as I’m newer to AZ. I was feeling nervous when I walked up and ready to bolt if I had any uneasy feelings. There was a lot of nervous chatter by me as the cut was underway. But at this point I had committed. I really liked Vanessa’s demeanor and approach. She made me feel really comfortable. I put aside judgements because honestly, this isn’t the type of salon I’d normally seek out. It’s not super fancy but in the past I’ve honestly gotten crappy service from high end salons. When she was done she really wanted to make sure I was happy before I got up. So she took a little more weight off the back. She made me feel really comfortable asking for a change. Which in the past I haven’t had a lot of people even ask because even though they were confident in their work I wasn’t happy. In the end, this was the first time in weeks I wore my hair down the entire day. I felt confident and the cut was perfect - honestly it turned out better than the reference cut. Vanessa is just such a kind and caring person and very down to earth. She’s super talented and a real gem. What I noticed too is that she used different scissors to achieve the cut. She was talking about taking classes to ensure she’s up on the latest trends and techniques. And if you didn’t know, it’s not required for your haircutting license in AZ. There is no question. I’ll def go back. She’s the type of hairdresser girls talk about following around for years. So excited I finally found someone great.

  Crystal did an awesome job cutting and (fixing) what someone else did to my hair. I feel and look like myself again. And she did it in record time! She is awesome. The owner is very nice too! I will be back!

  The service was great, Vanessa did a great job on my hair. I’m very pleased. She suggested hair care product to help me keep my color and explained the process to me, which I thought was nice. She was friendly but worked efficiently. If I wasn’t moving out of state in 2 weeks id keep coming back! Thanks Vanessa! Seriously, you did an amazing job. Oh. And the rest of the staff was very friendly and great.

  can’t say enough good things about my experience with Bobbi! I’m very picky when it comes to my hair and I usually know exactly what I want, so Bobbi completely understood what I was looking for and exceeded my expectations! We did something a little different from my usual highlight touch-up and went a little further than we normally do, which was exactly what I wanted. Bobbi knew exactly how to achieve the look I had in mind, and the results are AMAZING! My hair looks absolutely beautiful, and I love it, love it, LOVE IT! ❤️ On top of being incredibly talented, we had great conversation throughout my appointment. She made the whole experience so enjoyable. If you’re looking for a new stylist, Bobbi is your girl! I highly recommend her and this salon. You won’t be disappointed!
