  Came here to buy lip liner and lip tint yesterday, and the cashier was so sweet and helpful. However I came back in today to buy a few more products, and the staff were very rude. I had picked out two products in specific: a concealer, and a color corrector. Both of which said 50% off in front of them. Then, I go to the register to check out, and they were rang up as full price. Therefore I politely ask about the 50% discount for the product. Apparently, it only counted for the concealer not the color corrector. Afterwards, I mention how I have a $10 off coupon under my Sephora account. Well, the cashier then says “you must be thinking of your Kohl’s account” when the cashier yesterday told me i had a $10 credit under my account. The cashier today had a very bad attitude, and it ruined my shopping experience. I completely understand if the cashier was having a bad day, but that shouldn’t mean you treat customers that way. I felt like a burden while the cashier was talking to me today. I will not be coming back to this location unless the girl from yesterday is working. Otherwise I’ll take my business elsewhere.

  I had the BEST experience with Claire at Sephora in Kohl’s! I honestly dread makeup shopping, especially when it comes to choosing a new foundation, because color matching can feel so overwhelming. Claire made the entire experience QUICK, EASY, and actually FUN!! 🤩 (I think I was in and out of there in under 20min.) - I couldn’t believe she picked my perfect shade on the very first try! She was incredibly knowledgeable and made such great recommendations that I ended up purchasing a few other things she suggested as well. Girl knows her stuff!! - With so many options to shop online these days, great customer service really makes a difference. Claire was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel heard and taken care of! Thank you! 😊

  The workers here are super nice and helpful. It’s not a warehouse store, so you do get the basics if you’re shopping for your significant other
