  I was welcomed with open arms the moment I walked through the door. The warmth and genuine hospitality shown by both the staff and Kristin made the experience truly worthwhile and were ultimately the reason I decided to sign up for the Essential Monthly Package.

  Great place to have your hydration done. The staff is friendly and the place is excellently kept clean. Very comfortable massage chairs to sit in while you're getting your hydration. I definitely will go back.

  The most kind staff you could ever imagine. So sweet, thorough and knowledgeable. Impressed from the phone call to get scheduled, to intake, to IV. The whole appointment was perfect. The soothing music, comfy chairs and overall ambiance were greasy too! We highly recommend!

  Thank you Kristin, This morning’s IV therapy was a smooth and professional experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The process was quick, clean, and well-explained. I left feeling refreshed, hydrated, and noticeably better. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality care and wellness support. I love Prime IV The special they're running right now is an absolute steal!!!

  First time came in; they were running a deal. Spent close to $600 plus another $100 plus in addition for extra shots. Got my first IV and shots; did not feel any difference. Normally I would feel more alert and balanced but nothing. First nurse I met was a delight. 2nd time seen her either she did not hear me right or understood what I requested. I made it clear to her; I was not able to sleep; well she ended up giving a shot that made it worse and didn’t sleep for 3 straight nights and had to come in again for Iv. I was feeling awful. Speaking with front desk service rep, together we went over all previous treatment; decided on what I will have this time. My encounter with young nurse was very uncomfortable; her tone was aggressive letting me know that this establishment was NOT a pain clinic. I was feeling awful n to encounter that; was upsetting. I would think if had some sort of long history coming in just for that then would have agree but given that I just began, I don’t see how she would make that remark. She was so hyper that she was having one way conversation. I just brushed it off because I didn’t want her to poke me several time to retaliate; she ended up doing it 2 times. With this treatment I actually felt better; (with attitude n all) was able to sleep that night and recover in the next few days. Weeks later, came in for another IV; came down with nasty sore throat and requested not to have anything that will increase my energy. Male nurse comes in and made a sarcastic comment; “give me some energy “ I just responded by saying; sure take your thyroid out! His facial expression right away changed. I doubt I got any of the ingredients I requested. Felt nothing; just got a bag of water saline, I’ve done these treatments for years and the bag should have some sort of color change and smell; small bag of magnesium on the side; not so sure I got what I paid for or ingredients are low grade quality. Not a good experience.
