  I’m going to assume the two girls closing last night-are the same two that are reffered to in many other 1 star reviews. They tried to tell me that I can’t exchange my product for the correct color and that the only option is to pay for the product again and wait for a refund. It had been less than 24 hours since purchase, I had my receipt, and it was only used once to test out. They said “Sephora is really strict on this policy”, which is odd considering I’ve done exchanges here before. Also a quick search will tell you Sephora indeed does exchanges. On top of the clear lack of knowledge- neither of them had a good attitude. It’s not cute to be rude and if you’re going to be stupid, the least you can do is try to have a good attitude. Definitely would never come back to this location.

  Had a terrible experience at Sephora yesterday, I was in a month ago and had a much different experience. The associate was very happy to help me with a shade of concealer and was extremely helpful and friendly. I went back yesterday because I think I ordered the wrong color concealer and asked for help, the girl was not interested in helping me and was rude. I asked if we could look for a different shade and she's like, "well, if you want to look for it yourself, we have some over there, you can check out". That was not why I was there, I needed guidance, and I thought, that's what Sephora did. I'm very disappointed in the customer service and from now on,I 'm not sure I'll even go back there.

  You really need to train your employee on customer service, eye contact and asking if they can assist you. I just walked out due to these reasons and I have $$$.

  Due to the last 2 females that not only disrespected me but also disrespected and misrepresented the purpose and morals of the company that is employing these type of associates. I came in very specific as to what I was looking for my intention was to be in and out to convenience all of us for the employees and as the customer. I was brushed off treated very rudely neither associate was willing to assist. My fiancée was treated extremely rudely as well until the manager Allen came to de-escalate the situation. To the 2 associates that were extremely rude you know who are.. do better or find somewhere else to spread your misery.

  I walked in and needed advice on a new foundation the ladies went above and beyond to find me the right match they where so nice and not judgmental in any way I wish I could remember their names I will be back
