- BCBrittany ConroyAug 8, 20261.0When I went to Salon Centric on Baseline, I was very disappointed. ☹️ There was a girl sitting on the floor doing shipment, and stocking the shelves. I asked her a question about color. She responded answering a few questions. Then she said, “I don’t work here, I live here.” The girl that was assisting me, who didn’t work there also told me, “7 minutes and 2 minutes until closing,” then she talked crap about another beauty supply store Maka. I know the owners of Maka Beauty. I like all beauty supply stores equally. Very unprofessional. I actually like the girl that works there, maybe a write up is appropriate for her. I don’t want to see her let go, but I do not want her unprofessional, bad talking friend there next time. Giving tasks to her friend who is not employed by the company, she was working off the clock, and not giving customers the appropriate advice they are looking for when they come into Salon Centric!!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
