  When I went to Salon Centric on Baseline, I was very disappointed. ☹️ There was a girl sitting on the floor doing shipment, and stocking the shelves. I asked her a question about color. She responded answering a few questions. Then she said, “I don’t work here, I live here.” The girl that was assisting me, who didn’t work there also told me, “7 minutes and 2 minutes until closing,” then she talked crap about another beauty supply store Maka. I know the owners of Maka Beauty. I like all beauty supply stores equally. Very unprofessional. I actually like the girl that works there, maybe a write up is appropriate for her. I don’t want to see her let go, but I do not want her unprofessional, bad talking friend there next time. Giving tasks to her friend who is not employed by the company, she was working off the clock, and not giving customers the appropriate advice they are looking for when they come into Salon Centric!!

  I was purchasing from this location for about a year. Before it was a nice friendly place to get what I needed. Just recently I was offended by I guess the manager or maybe a new employee. I walked in on a busy day to hopefully make an exchange quick and went to get the extras I needed and this manager was so rude she didn't smile or greet me. She walks up to me and yelled in my ear about me making a return. I felt like she judged me because I was African American and she just assumed either I was stealing or I didn't belong in the store. Usually I don't complain but this was absolutely the worst experience since I've been shopping at this location. I even spoke with a few of my stylist that I work with and they confirmed that they to had bad experiences shopping there. They had even walked out left the items on the counter and just left. My suggestion on the manager in charge is...your job is manager not some pitbull ready to bite the hands that feed you. Take notes from your coworkers and learn to treat everyone with respect and equality no matter the ethnicity....He'll even if your having a rough day. We don't deserve your rude hateful attitude for what ever the heck tour going through.

  LOVE THEM. Everyone there is super nice and helpful no matter what I'm working on. And if I have questions they don't laugh or make me feel like an idiot they just gladly help which is AWESOME. I usually have Dani help me, she just always happens to be there when I am. She is super nice and knowledgable whenever I need something.
