My stylist was Helen & she was absolutely amazing, very informative about how to treat my hair while also giving me the best hair cut I’ve had in a long time! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience :)

- BHB HFeb 27, 20261.0Im not a fan. Everytime Ive come here ive had the misfortune of having the same person cut my hair. Shes heavier set, and whips my eyes with the end of my hair atleast once everytime. Started the haircut dry. Unprofessional. I said layers and face framed- straight across bangs she heard bowl cut. I said dont cut off much and she cut of about 2-3 inches. Not worth the 20 dollars def didnt deserve the tip i left. Workmanship was lazy and lacking detail. She has never given me her name. Took the same amount of time for the other girl to cut the guys hair who came in at the same time as me. Its a good thing my hair grows fast. Oh and for the record she acted like she didnt want me there, i had a sniffle and a cough due to alergies/ and a rough car karaoke session (raspy voice) and she looked repulsed. Learn to control your facial expressions.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
