The office never called me to set up an appointment after receiving the referral, I had to reach out to them to set up the appointment. I gave them my information and waited weeks, only to be told when I showed up that they don't actually take my insurance after all. The doctors might be knowledge and lovely, wouldn't know, but the front office wasted a bunch of my time and delayed me getting treatment by weeks to months.
