  Two stars for the two times that the haircut was good. An unprofessional execution is most frequent, such as being left with a face full of loose hair.

  Alyssa did an amazing job at helping me conceptualize and bring my vision to life. I asked for a “girly” haircut, while keeping the length, refreshing my layers, and the issues with my current hair. She calmly and confidently reassured me and went to work. I LOVE IT! I finally got what I’ve been asking for. Previously, I had been going to an upscale hairstylist in Avondale and ended up with poorly done haircuts every time. I wish all hairstylists had these soft skills! Thank you Alyssa.

  I was told they can't cut my hair cause I have extensions. They claimed it was a corporate rule. Well I've contacted corporate so I guess we'll see if that's true. Cause all I wanted was a basic cut like the picture. This place doesn't cut my natural hair cause they say they don't know how when you literally have to learn how to pass the licensing exam. But that's fine, I can go to my normal salon. And make sure everyone knows this place discriminates. UPDATE: I spoke with customer service and it is a corporate policy that isn't written anywhere on their website. The staff at Great clips did nothing wrong. The lady explained it was corporate, not her. So I'm going to update my review to reflect my anger at the corporate policy.

  Went in to get my hair cut.. showed the lady what kind of short cut I like and prefer.. Nope she couldn’t even do that right.. Now I gotta find a different hair cut place.. not satisfied

  My daughter and I we're in over the weekend. It was very busy my daughter is special needs so when we are out in public I let her take the lead. It was an hour wait. she said she wanted to wait so we did please remember my daughter has very very very very thin hair when finally she was called back The Stylist went to start cutting hair and my daughter asked if she would wash it? I was sitting in the waiting room and the stylist said just for this? So she took her over and washed her hair and brought her back. Didn't even say a word to her the whole time and when she was done, K walked up to me and I said didn't you get a blow dry? She said that she did want to blow dry but they really didn't have a lot of time. It would have only taken 2 minutes to dry with how thin it is. The Stylist also said it would be over $20.00 For K I would pay whatever it took! But she said no mom she said she is busy, I can do it at home!!! I'm glad my daughter doesn't realize when people are being mean or rude to her because she loves everyone. But I know the difference my heart was breaking for my daughter cuz she loves coming to the salon so I paid the $30 which by the way was outrageous For What Little was done and how long it took.We left with tears in my eyes and a smile on her face we got home. Later that night the best thing that came out of the whole thing was K said I feel like a supermodel. People just need to know who they have in their chair and maybe she was having a bad day. Regardless we won't be back
