- BGBill G6 days ago3.0Online check in was great. Timing was right on.. I did mention B4 sitting down that I had a coupon. After cut while paying I was told that coupon wasn’t good at this Greatclips. My wife pulled it up and printed for me and she usually great about matching up coupons. Not one to argue so I just paid it.. haircut was fine.
- CBColby BurtonMay 9, 20261.0By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this place. I have been coming off and on to this location and the sister one for many years. This is the first time I got a stylist named Lacey. She was nice and did a fairly good job. But nicked the back of my ear a couple of times thankfully no blood but could feel the pain of it. She felt to me aggressive with the haircut in general, both while combing and scissoring the top of my hair and while using the clippers on the sides, just the feel of the force to the head. It shouldn’t be like that. Lastly I kept getting a lot of sighs while my haircut was being done making a customer feel as if you really don’t want to be at your job doing what you’re doing. It wasn’t a very professional experience in my opinion and I don’t recommend having your haircut experience with Lacey particularly. But I know I’ve had good experiences with others at this exact location. But not planning on coming back here again in the future.

- LHLarry HazenApr 16, 20263.0Sorry I wasn't happy.... And here before and use Great clips in our neck of the woods and everything worked good... Hair stylist did three quarters of a job... I know I could have gone back but I neglected to do so because we were leaving the area within the next couple days.. I do have to say that is probably one of the worst haircuts I've got at Great clips., and I've had quite a few haircuts from them over the previous four years.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
