If I ask them when they think they’ll have it, they typically respond rudely with we have boxes to unload and it could be in there. If I ask when they think they’d know if it was there in their shipment, they get really rude. If I worked there, I’d check the shipment to see. I feel like there is no good customer service anymore. Very frustrating and disappointing. I’ve also tried to apply for a job there and the manager rudely replied with, I need someone with open availability. Not, you should apply. Just a disappointing experience every time.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
