  I love this place! They’re super fast & I get XL nails! They do exactly what I ask for! I ALWAYS get complimented on my nails! Definitely will be coming back!

  I got a $65 pedicure. Put my feet in ice Cold water I asked for hot water and she kept spraying my feet with cold. She didn’t cut and file my nails nicely. She was not very gentle with doing any part of the pedicure. I have cuts on my feet from the grader i also don’t think it was clean when she used it on me. My polish was lumpy. I’m glad I didn’t get talked into the $100 pedi $65 was enough of a waste of money. Unfortunately it was not a relaxing experience not sure how this place is getting such good reviews. Maybe I got a bad tech I won’t be going back.

  I had a great experience at Resort Nails & Spa in Goodyear! The salon was clean, relaxing, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, professional, and took their time to make sure my nails looked exactly how I wanted. The attention to detail and quality of the work really stood out. I left feeling pampered and very happy with the results. I highly recommend Resort Nails & Spa to anyone looking for excellent service and beautiful nails. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Absolutely amazing location and spot You won’t regret coming in It’s beautiful setting. Nice knowledgeable staff that does a beautiful job Clean Complimentary drink and snack. $8 each drink after Quick in and out Come U won’t regret Drove 17 miles to get here 45 min … doing it again here forward every two weeks Enjoy!!!   Unfortunately I was treated very poorly today, and left my appointment disappointed and upset with how things went. I showed my nail tech an inspiration photo of milky white oval-shaped nails I wanted. While he was shaping the very first nail, I noticed it looked more almond than oval, so I politely spoke up and showed him the photo again. I wanted to address it early before the entire set was finished. Instead of adjusting the shape, he argued with me and insisted the inspiration photo was almond-shaped. He had an unfriendly attitude from the moment I sat down, and it only got worse after I asked about the shape. I was surprised by his reaction since I brought it up on the first nail, not after the whole set was completed. The manager took over and finished my nails, but she also insisted the inspiration photo was almond-shaped. After my nails were done, I showed her a nail shape chart that clearly distinguishes oval from almond, only after I showed the nail shape chart was I acknowledged in-genuinely that the inspo photo in fact did consist of oval shape nails. If the original nail tech wasn't comfortable creating the shape I requested, I would have appreciated him simply saying so rather than arguing with me and trying to make me out to be the idiot. I know everyone has bad days and I get it 100% maybe the way he handled things had nothing to do with me. The manager did fix them and they came out nicely. It’s just very sad how uncomfortable I had to be in order to get what I asked for. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling very frustrated. It’s crazy to leave a nail appointment more stressed out than when you went in. Here is the inspo photo that was shown and a reference of different nail shapes. - on a brighter note; it is a very beautiful salon and they do have beautiful polish colors! Lots of options.
