  So I went to take my daughter for back to school haircut now mind you they had a deal going on I shopped at JCPenney‘s all the time and I thought well I couldn’t get her into the salon such short notice I was gonna take her might as well get her haircut while I was shopping at JCPenney. We’re going in. She gets her haircut. It’s dry and it’s already washed mind you she gets long layers put in which you can’t even really see the cut. You can’t even really tell it. They’re long layers, but that’s besides the point the stylist cut all the dead ends off. You know it looked good. It looked healthy then she tells me OK. I’m gonna wash her hair now. She takes her over and washes her hair and I mind you my daughter is 10. I’m just standing there like oh OK. I guess this is what they do. She brings her back. Sits her down with wet hair and then says OK. I’m all done and I said well aren’t you going to dry it? You’re gonna make my daughter walk out of here with a wet shirt and wet hair and she says oh that’s not our policy we don’t Dry hair it cost extra so then I proceeded to say why did you wash it in the first place you should’ve just cut it and left it. I have other errands to run now my daughter’s walking around with wet hair that’s unacceptable JCPenney‘s. That is a very unacceptable. I will not be taking my child to JCPenney‘s to get a haircut or Myself and I would have to let my friends know not to take their kids because how are you going to charge me for a cut then wash my daughter‘s hair without telling me oh yeah by the way, I’m not gonna dry it. I’m just gonna wash it and then brush it out and she has to leave with wet hair. Absolutely unacceptable I was so disappointed I was so disgusted. I felt bad for her. Her shirt was wet. She felt very self-conscious about having to go to other stores because her hair was drying and like clump so you know because it was wet and it wasn’t able to get dried and brushed out. I was so disappointed.
