  I was originally referred to Amber by my dentist to explore Botox as a potential treatment for my TMJ. After a thorough assessment, Amber was incredibly honest and thoughtful in her recommendation, explaining that Botox was not needed until other treatment options had been explored first. That guidance ultimately led me to start PBM (Photobiomodulation) therapy using low-level laser treatment. After just three treatments, I am already feeling a huge difference. Dave has been amazing throughout the process, taking the time to educate me on how the therapy works and consistently checking in on how I am feeling and progressing. The level of care, attention, and professionalism from both Dave and Amber has been outstanding. I highly recommend both Dave and Amber. They make an excellent team and truly prioritize ensuring that the treatment is the right fit for you, rather than simply recommending unnecessary procedures. If you are dealing with TMJ or other related issues, I absolutely recommend scheduling a consultation. Everyone there is a pleasure to connect with, and you can genuinely feel how much they care about their patients.

  I’m visiting from out of town and I didn’t want to travel with my NAD and knew I could find a med spa to get my weekly vitamins. My niece recommended this med spa because the owner went to her school west star and spoke on wellness. The owner and his staff are amazing and I felt like I’ve known them forever. Amber is great and I was very impressed she’s a great needle poker! Especially when I didn’t even know that she gave the B12 NNAD at the same time two separate syringes My new med spa HOME away from Home

  May 1st, 2026: I recently started Photobiomodulation Therapy, also known as Low-Level Laser Therapy, at Enhanced Beauty & Wellness, and I have been very impressed so far. I’ve only been twice, so I can’t honestly say yet what the long-term results will be, especially because my “normal” has been over 16 years of nerve pain, muscle strain, tightness, and inflammation from past spinal injuries and surgeries. Healing and relief after that many years may take time, and I’m trying to be realistic about the process. What I can say with confidence is that the experience itself has been amazing. The place is welcoming, clean, calming, and professional. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They take the time to explain things, answer questions, and never make you feel rushed or dismissed. I’m still early in my PBM therapy journey, but I already appreciate the care, the environment, and the way they treat their clients. For anyone dealing with pain, inflammation, muscle strain, nerve discomfort, or looking into non-invasive wellness options, Enhanced Beauty & Wellness is absolutely worth checking out. I’m hopeful and excited to see how I feel as I continue treatments and I will keep you posted!

  I met Dave at an event that I was at and expressed my concerns of a stiff neck and migraines he told me to Come In and try out their services and I am so glad that I did. I’m leaving today with movement in my neck again and not feeling like I’m straining my neck and my back. I already feel relief up into my head!! I was struggling with a migraine before I came in and after receiving these treatments the pressure has been taken off so much from relieving the muscles. I genuinely cannot thank them enough for how kind and welcoming they are!!! I definitely recommend and will be going back myself.

  I don’t normally do reviews, however I had such I great experience I wanted to share. I walked in to Enhanced Beauty asking if they could address concerns I have with creases around mouth, bags under my eyes and crows feet. I was given an appointment that day for a consultation (free). Amber was wonderful, she reviewed the concerns with me and made her recommendations. I then ask about testosterone treatment and options for a boost to loose weight. EVERYTHING was discussed the same day (as Amber made time between her appointments). I will be booking more appointments with them. The whole staff was extremely friendly, you felt like you were part of their family!!
