    Hi,I bought a Charlotte Timburly lipstick last week and since day 1 I have been thinking to post a review so here I am today.I highly recommend this lipstick I am in so much love with it.I bought Hotlips 2 ; Amazing Amal shade.Highly impressed with packing,shade and texture.It has a refill option too.It is so matte and hydrated not a nude shade but perfect for brown skin tones,gives natural color to lips and stay for hours.Well worth of money spent. Must try Ladies!!!

    My daughter found what she was looking for although not in the right size, so it was more pricey. For my standards, this location was not clean, perhaps there can be an improvement on that in the near future.

    I already love Sephora basically because they never disappoint especially when I need assistance. Today was no different. Liz was amazing! She colored scanned me and was extremely patient as we tried multiple brands and colors. Listened to me and helped me find a setting spray that would work for what I wanted( we went thru a few of those too) She had to take her turn at greeter but still managed to help me with eyeshadow. I am very grateful for her helpful attitude and patience. She had that"I'm gonna help you till we get it right" vibe. Priceless! Oh yeah, it was my birthday month so the last pic is my beauty insider gift

    I came to exchange some makeup since I called beforehand asking about the policy. I was told I could still bring my makeup in for an exchange since I only had a couple of uses. The first employee was super sweet! However, the beauty advisor was so rude. I told her the concealer I had wasn’t the right shade. I gave her my concealer and she somehow put it in the tester area then grabbed a tester. She said “I can’t exchange your concealer since it’s gently used.” The concealer she had was a tester and not mine. I told her and she began to get kind of annoyed and picking at the products I was going to exchange. She took my bag and said “I’ll take those for you to checkout” when I was going to walk up and exchange the makeup like I have done before. She was adamant to take my bag which is okay, I didn’t mind. She took me to the register to say she needed the barcodes I think but then got annoyed over not finding my orders. I gave her my phone number and order numbers but was getting annoyed over the skus. I’ve exchanged before and never really had this experience before. I’m really quiet the whole time as it got really awkward. She then got annoyed at me because she didn’t tell her my bronzer I was exchanging was an exchange. I had told her beforehand I was going to exchange but and she said I told her I was going to buy it which I never said. At this point I was really uncomfortable by her service and annoyance when I barely talked. She used my bronzer beforehand and said she couldn’t take it since it’s gently used. She kept saying that over each product. I called arrowhead per this experience since I usually shop there but have exchanged here. Arrowhead told me the return is that they cannot accept my products if it’s more than 50% used which it wasn’t. I would suggest not coming here for any service. The Sephora at Arrowhead is more welcoming than this location.
