  I avoid this location because I had a bad experience. I should’ve got the young lady’s name, but I came in for a few things for myself and my daughter‘s birthday, and whoever rang me up, jammed all of the items into one small bag instead of going the next size up, which I thought was silly. So, I asked another young lady who was helping me earlier for another bag and she said rudely, “we don’t give out bags”. Dear, I’m not in here asking for a bag for something that I bought from somewhere else, I literally just spent my money in your store. So, I went back and bought a stupid little face mask that I will never use and asked the young lady at the register to bag it so that I could split my items up. They give you these cheap little paper bags and think they’re gonna carry all these heavy products…be so for real, if you want me to say your name at the register when they ask who helped me so you can get your little points or whatever it is, treat me how you want to be treated. Again, it was just one bad experience, but I’ll never know if things changed because I will go out of my way to avoid this location.

  I would like to thank DAvid (I believe that’s his name) he is an older guy who is always saying hello and has helped me every time I got to Sephora Glendale tanger outlets. Today I’m not sure if it was the manager or shift leader but she was being very rude to him with no reason at all . I think management should be more compassionate/ empathetic to the good employees like David. I hope the lady and the manager/shift leader can learn about manners and be more professional. Thank you for being an awesome Sephora employee David!

  Mariah helped me find my perfect foundation shade. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. The beauty advisors are very nice at this location. This beats Ulta any day !! I drove 20 extra minutes to come here and it was so worth it. The store is also well stocked which is great.
