- CJColleen JaneJun 21, 20261.0I go to a lot of different salon centrics, but sometimes this one is the most convenient. I absolutely HATE coming to this location. The staff is so incredibly rude. Especially the girl with the long curly hair. You’re afraid to even ask for help because they act like you’re annoying them. It’s just so ridiculous and I feel like other people have to feel the same way and something needs to change. Good luck to others!
- VHValerie HoAug 17, 20245.0I come to this location every now and then. The workers were helpful. Especially today. I feel bad I didn't catch their name but they had colorful short hair. She was sweet. I called earlier to confirm about Dermalogica's bonus, to see if it was applied online, in store or both. Fortunately it was both. The other lady also helped me find Derma's new location in the store bc the last time I came in they were placed by Olaplex. Edit: just an FYI, if you want professional sized Dermalogica products, buy them online/via app. It's always a good idea to check it before hand anyway.
- RSRita ShowalterMar 30, 20213.0I mean, you can walk in and buy stuff but they're not very helpful with making orders online or over the phone. I wouldn't count on them for great service like other locations. They said they were high volume so that affected their ability to provide service comparable to other locations of the chain but it was dead in there and there were very few orders. It's always been dead in there every time I've been. Usually messy and dark.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
