  Really disappointed at my experience here. I have been a client of this salon for about 13 years. And of this particular stylist for about 7. The disappointment comes from being nickel and dimed for absolutely everything, toner availability, and not being heard by my stylist. Cost: My stylist was of a certain level, so I couldn't use the coupons. Then, you want a blowout with your haircut? 20 extra bucks if the stylist decides to use a curling iron too. Toner availability: Ive also come in for highlights before and I communicate ahead of time what color I want for toner, and they wait until I come in to tell me they dont have it. So, either I leave with nothing or I pay money for something I don't want. Not hearing me/executing: I come in every 3 months. For the past 5 times, my hair has gotten longer and longer and blonder and blonder despite me expressing wanting to remain brunette and wanting my hair short. Ive also asked for low lights before and have been told it would make my hair look thinner. At the length it got to, I was dealing with scalp pain and daily headaches. My stylist always said she understood but wouldnt execute. Having naturally curly hair, it wasnt always obvious she didnt execute right away as she would straighten my hair at the end of the appointment. At nearly 300 per appointment and it happening 5 times, thats 1500 dollars I spent being sold something I didnt receive. The straw that broke the camels back was the laziness of not walking around front to do the money piece. About a year ago this caused a harsh line in my hair that couldn't be fixed and we agreed in the future she would always walk around front. This last time she once again failed to do so. I ended up going to a new stylist at a mom and pop. They did the low lights I had been asking for and confirmed some of my assumptions. Instead of the layers and movement I had asked the jcpenney stylist for everything was 1 length. And, despite asking and reaching the jcpenney stylist if she had actually cut my hair, she confirmed it wasnt cut recently. I'm not sure if it was financial motive, laziness, or a mix. But at the end of the day I wasnt being heard and it was causing me a lot of anxiety to even try to come in. So glad I went somewhere else!

  I was nervous about changing my look, but Dita was excellent at listening to what I wanted and consulting with me on how best to achieve the look I wanted. I had a photo I had made a screen shot of and she helped guide me on what would frame my face the best. I absolutely love my new look. Dita is magical with with color and styling. I will most certainly be going to Dita from now on. It is not close to where I live, but the results are worth the drive.

  I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about my stylist, Dita!💜 She absolutely nailed the purple color I was dreaming of, and I’m completely obsessed with how my hair turned out. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, paid attention to every little detail, and made the entire experience feel so comfortable and fun. The color is vibrant, beautiful, and somehow even better than I imagined. You can truly tell she cares about her work and takes so much pride in what she does. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! If you’re looking for someone who is talented, creative, and genuinely passionate about hair, book with her! I wouldn’t trust just anyone with a bold color, but she absolutely delivered. 💜✨ 10/10, highly recommend Dita!

  I went to cut and color my hair at JCPenney salon and my hairstylist Dita did such an amazing job I just love how my hair came out . I found my new hairstylist for life she really know what she is doing . Everyone should go and see Dita she will make everyone look gorgeous I look 10 years younger . Thank you Dita looking forward to see you for my next appointment .

  Horrible they botched my moms hair. On august 31st i booked an appointment with Rami for a cut and color and at first things seemed well she was very accommodating. But something felt off when she asked for payment in the middle of the job i payed and after everything my heart just dropped when i say what they did to my mothers hair. The dye wasn’t set in properly lots of visible grays and Rami they stylist failed to take accountability and tried blaming the dye color and also she kept cutting my moms hair when my asked only for the ends to be cut there’s a 2.5 in gap in my moms hair now
