  This Sephora should be closed down. Don’t support this place with your money. Today on May 30, 2026 between 5-6pm I was treated with hostility, bullied by two associates one who was checking me out and one standing next to her who continued the bullying behavior and enticed the associate assisting me to continue with hostility. I am NEVER coming here again. The associate that helped me here on May 27, 2026 around 7:30pm was INCREDIBLE but it’s too rare for this location to offer good service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Sephora like the plague it is.

  Came in for a simple Sephora return, had a gift card issue so they told me to wait a week! Received a voicemail from Anna Lisa who was amazing & helpful that my gift card was in store. I called back not even 5 mins later and a girl named raenada answered very rudely saying no one would ever call saying there was a gift card and that Anna Lisa would never do that! She was yelling over the phone basically calling me a liar about the voicemail, I even asked her why she was so mad? I then drove to the store and showed the voicemail to Lina in Sephora and she didn’t even want to listen or see but said now they have my gift card magically ready! No apologies for the misunderstanding or assumptions just here is my gift card and bye!! I just laughed said thank you and left. Very unprofessional and pretty comical. I’d say go to the bigger Sephora where the employees have actual knowledge on their products and know what’s going on in their store!

  This location is one of the best, Aime is always willing to help, she goes above and beyond to help with detailed descriptions of products! Plus, she always has the best recommendations for my skin type, she is knowledgeable and patient! Highly recommend to ask for her (Aime) when at this location!

  This is hands down my fave Sephora to shop at! There's on in SanTan Village Mall, however the one in Kohl's alwaysss has any and every thing stocked up, including holiday set bundles for cheaper than what retails IN an "actual" Sephora... on top of that, the staff is always so so nice and helpful, especially Amelia! She is always so sweet and more than happy to help shade match and help with any needs! Definitely recommend her for your shopping needs and help <3 :)
