  After experiencing a horrible time at the Sephora store located on Ray rd, I am happy that I did not abandon Sephora altogether. The ladies at this location were amazing and huge shoutout to Liz! She was soooo helpful with helping me match and pick out products needed to restock my make up and find shades that match. She was extremely helpful, patient, and kind and her customer service alone will be the reason I continue to shop at Sephora and this location.

  They close down randomly in the middle of the day often. Wouldn’t recommend using this store for your pickup orders since you can’t pick it up. I’m 0 for 2 for successful pickup orders with them lol

  Tanya was able to help my wife today prepare for Hawaii. She hasn’t worn makeup since giving birth to our daughter and Tanya came through and suggested everything she would need. Thanks Tanya for doing that today. Super happy customer!

  Whoever the dude they got working there is snarky and rude. Every other lady there was nice and very helpful. He told a customer if they didnt want to spend much go to ULTA. Seriously yall need to fire him

  I am a loyal Sephora customer, I came to this location because it’s near me and I come to do a pick up, a lady named Emily she was distracted on her phone I had walked up to her and she didn’t know even acknowledge I had to announce that I was there and say I’m here for my pick up order, when she went to the back to grab it she came out to give it to me with an attitude, didn’t even say a word to me. I had to come up to her and take it from her. Horrible customer service, why hire people if they have an attitude especially for a store that’s empty. Very unprofessional, if you don’t wanna work then don’t work, you can find another job that fits your personality. Never returning back to this location!!!!
