  I am a loyal Sephora customer, I came to this location because it’s near me and I come to do a pick up, a lady named Emily she was distracted on her phone I had walked up to her and she didn’t know even acknowledge I had to announce that I was there and say I’m here for my pick up order, when she went to the back to grab it she came out to give it to me with an attitude, didn’t even say a word to me. I had to come up to her and take it from her. Horrible customer service, why hire people if they have an attitude especially for a store that’s empty. Very unprofessional, if you don’t wanna work then don’t work, you can find another job that fits your personality. Never returning back to this location!!!!

  I love Sephora and have been a loyal customer for many years, consistently maintaining my Rouge status! I am not loyal to any specific store; I tend to go to whichever one is closest to me at the time. I stumbled into this location on a whim, and I am so thrilled that I did! I went in on a mission, deodorant and sunscreen were on my list, but I walked away with a few extra goodies! Here is where Lex comes in, and oh my goodness, she is incredible! I want to give her a shoutout because she truly made my shopping experience; she is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! One of my favorite products is the YSL Candy Glaze Lip Gloss Stick (Color: 02 healthy glow plumper), but it costs $43 for 0.11 oz/3.2 g. She recommended that I try Eadem as an alternative, and I am so delighted that I did! I ended up purchasing the Mini Le Chouchou Petides Nourishing and Softening Lip Balm Trio, and needless to say, I am obsessed! I want to point out (in the trio) that the sizes are quite generous at 0.21 oz/6 g, which is larger than the full-sized YSL Candy Glaze. Do with that information as you will! Please ask for Lex; she left a memorable impression, and everyone must know how fabulous she is! 💄👄💖💋🫧🛍️

  I came in here asking for someone to help me with color matching on foundation, background story is I have been battling terribly dry & flaky skin for 3+ years that gets so bad I don’t want to leave my house some days and had basically stopped wearing makeup and felt like crap. I have seen doctors to have levels checked, ect nothing helped. One of the girls here named Ali came over to help and expressed that based on what I was saying she didn’t feel like makeup is the issue. She brought me a couple of samples of 2 skincare products and encouraged me to just try them without the commitment of buying. After 3 days my skin was like brand new! I haven’t felt this good in YEARS. She could have easily just slapped an expensive makeup on me and called it a day but she went above and beyond, used her skills and knowledge and made me feel cared about with her service! I can’t wait to go back to buy the full size products she recommended! I will never use anything else again.
