  I heard so many great things about Rowan! I made two appointments for my daughter and myself (15 minutes apart). I walked in, and the two employees (who were the only other two people in the store) said they only had time for one of us. I showed them my confirmation emails; and they said they were "booked." I deferred my appointment and let my daughter get pierced. Thirteen minutes later, she was finished (they could have taken me at my appointment time); the one employee sat down, and the other rang me out. I am shocked. I have had poor customer service before, but the dismissive nature and rude way these employees treated us was top notch. No customers came in or called during our appointment times, by the way. I walked across the street to Claire's (where I didn't have an appointment), where they somehow made time for my piercings. I am shocked at so many great reviews for Rowan. My scheduling of appointments and visit to Rowan was a waste of time and bad experience. I won't return.

  Friendly and amazing staff. Clean place. Good experience. I definitely recommend, but I felt it was overpriced.

  Everyone is so kind and friendly as well as being very professional. I've been in for several piercings and definitely recommend for anyone needing a piercing. So glad they came to San Tan village!!

  I would not recommend this place. My daughter paid $170 to have my granddaughter's ears pierced because we were told the earrings were high quality and had locking backs designed to stay securely in place. Within just a few months, one of the earrings had fallen out, even though they had never been removed or changed since the piercing. When we contacted the company, they refused to stand behind their product or offer a satisfactory solution. Had we known the earrings would not remain secure on a toddler and that the company would not support its own product, we never would have paid such a premium price. We expected better quality and better customer service for what we paid.
