  I had my third piercing done here a year ago and it has still not healed. I have called several times been advised not to take out my jewelry and I can come in and purchase more jewelry from them to switch out. I paid over 150 dollars for my piercing with a certified nurse. I am still having issues with scaring that I was not made aware of I also was not made aware of I would never be able to remove my piercings or the holes would close up. If I was made aware of all of these things and educate I would never given this company my money. This company is a scam!! They are liars and thieves. I do not recommend them for anything!!! They don’t explain they length of time for healing that it can take a year or longer they sold me on I would be able to remove my jewelry in 4-6 weeks this is not true still not true a year later still stuck with not being able to remove the jewelry for any length of time with out the holes closing up. Educating the public instead of selling should be the goal if I would of known this headache I would of never allowed you to pierce me you are no different than a Clare’s zero education in and out really disappointed in my services would never recommend this place. Want to be pierced go to a tattoo shop save yourself the headache of this place.

  We've been to Rowan 3 times now for our 4 year old daughter, and have had an amazing experience every time. The concept of competent nurses performing the piercings and earring changes makes me much more at ease as a mother than going to Claire's! One person that has been at every appointment and made a lasting, positive impression is EMMA. Emma has always taken the time to ensure my daughter feels calm and excited for something that can be really scary. Her kind and gentle words during the piercing itself and each earring change appointment after have left my daughter feeling like Emma is a friend. Today in particular, I came in without an appointment after my daughter's earring unexpectedly came out (she won't let me change them myself!) and despite the store being absolutely packed, Emma remembered my daughter and took time to help us pick out jewelry, try them on, and make a purchase. Emma took a stressful situation for me (fearing my daughter's piercing would close up if we waited until tomorrow) and turned it into a great experience for myself and my daughter. Thanks Emma! We'll be back soon to get another earring change! ;)

  Overall i had a great experience here!! the piercers were so knowledgeable, and made sure i was comfortable, and it was super professional and smooth! However if you’re thinking about coming here, understand the prices are absolutely outrageous. Of course i could have just left once i saw the prices of the jewelry, but ultimately i wanted the piercing and i am very happy with them. I was just genuinely appalled at the cost (over $300 just for lobe piercings) and i can’t see myself coming back because of this. It is a luxury experience and i probably should have just done some better research before coming in. But if you have the means, it was definitely a wonderful experience!

  “Walk in’s welcome” but you walk in and they say sorry you need to make an appt. We’re all booked up. They opened at 11, we were there by 11:30am. No other customers besides us in there. Empty studio with 3 nurses. We ended up going somewhere else.
