  I came here today to rehydrate myself after having bad food poisoning or a stomach bug yesterday. The staff were very friendly and empathetic. The nurse explained what she recommended and why and they took very good care of me. It definitely felt bougie, but I would rather feel pampered to rehydrate versus sitting miserable at an ER (if it’s safe to hold out) and probably paying double. I was sat in the quiet darker room in a large massage chair with a big plush blanket to keep me warm. I got free oxygen with my first treatment. I truly felt their concern was real and though they talk to you about their membership, it was very brief and not pushy at all. She just told me what they offer. I will be coming back here when needed!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Prime IV Gilbert has been absolutely amazing for every stage of life and wellness I’ve needed support with. Whether I just needed an extra boost to get through a busy week, hydration prep before vacation, or more importantly support through pre- and post-surgery recovery, they have consistently gone above and beyond. The staff is incredible — professional, knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely invested in making you feel your best. Every visit feels welcoming and comfortable, and they always take the time to answer questions and tailor treatments to what I need. I truly trust them with my health and wellness needs, and I can’t recommend Prime IV Gilbert enough. They’ve become my go-to for everything from recovery to routine self-care.

  This place is amazing! The nurses were great but Jamie went above and beyond for me throughout the whole process of getting my IV placed and discussing a drip for me. She was super kind and knowledgeable! The massage chairs are an added bonus! I definitely will be coming back to this location every time

  My husband is a member at Prime IV and comes in at least once a month, and I come with him on occasion. Every time I’ve been in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. They do a great job making the experience comfortable and relaxing, whether you’re a regular or just stopping in occasionally. The team is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely kind. It’s always a great experience, and I would highly recommend Prime IV to anyone looking for great service and a staff that truly cares.

  I’ve had an outstanding experience with Prime IV and the entire staff. Everyone is always welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I’m a member and come in at least once per month, and the consistency of the service is what keeps me coming back. The staff takes the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make each visit easy and relaxing. I always leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of.
