  I asked for my my bangs in the front to be straight and for the side bangs to be untouched until after the front and showed her where as well and even showed the length I wanted and the stylist didn’t even bother to comb or even separate my hair and just grabbed it and practically combed it through with her fingers and each time she cut it she would blow dry my hair and my face to get the hair off my face and in the end it was very choppy and layers that were were obvious and not straight at all in certain places and very uneven and she even cut my side bangs off and the top of my hair above my bangs off by the time she slowed me my hair and I was very angry inside but kept my cool and she asked about the length and kept blow drying my hair to get the hair off my face and grabbing my hair and combing it through with her fingers and cutting and then I had enough and said yeah that’s good and it was awful and choppy and shorter than what I wanted and where I wanted the side bangs was cut off completely and then she asked me if I wanted to start on the side bangs now and I said no, I’m okay. I’m done. Definitely don’t ever recommend getting your bangs done here. I still paid but didn’t tip and it was so awful. There were literally obvious layers in my bangs here and there and then no layers and straight and choppy.

  I went today and it was great cut my hair great and did a correct hard part that the same gentleman fixed before, very busy but still gave great service did catch his name but had glasses and a hat not helpful but good at what he does

  Very friendly people and got a " great clip" lol the young lady who cut my hair was very sweet and did a great job 👍

  Well, this used to be my haircut place. Won’t be returning. I made an appointment online over an hour ago. 45-minutes into the 90 minute wait the appointment was cancelled with a note stating “Walk-in only”. Cancelling appointments isn’t cool. So, I stopped in 45-minutes before closing. No one else was waiting. The lady working (Arianna) rudely said “we’re not taking any more walk-in.” I let her know I made an appointment and it was cancelled after waiting 45-minutes. She flat up said “I’m not IT, it’s not my problem.” Then she responded even more rudely, “we’re done, I’m not taking you.” I left her a $20 tip last time too… c’mon, Arianna, be a decent human, at least drop the nasty attitude. It isn’t that hard.
