- YLYi LiSep 12, 20261.0I wish there was a zero-star option. Their website advertises a student haircut special, so I booked an appointment for my son last weekend. When we arrived, three staff members were there with absolutely no customers in the salon. Yet, I was told that none of them do men’s haircuts (which clearly felt like they just didn't want to honor the special rate).They rescheduled us for Wednesday, guaranteeing that someone would be available for him. However, I received a phone call on Wednesday saying no staff were available again, and they pushed it to today. Then, the exact same thing happened: someone called and left a voicemail stating she doesn't do student haircuts. This is incredibly unprofessional. If you have no intention of honoring your own promotions, stop advertising them and stop taking appointments just to repeatedly cancel on people. We will never go back.
