First, I want to start out by saying, I'm highly disappointed in my stylist, that I've been going to see for the past 4 years. She wasn't available the day I called, but had her personal number from a past experience. I told her I would like to come in and get my hair done on April 10th, at the time, she couldn't get in to book it, because the system was down. But she said she would put me in at 11 am. So, I get an Uber, take it there, come to find out, she never scheduled me, I have texts to prove it. So, she said I'm sorry, you would have to schedule another time, like the following Monday. I said, I can't do that because I have my daughter's wedding to go to. She said, well, I don't know what you want me to do, unless there is another stylist here that has an opening or someone cancels. So, I sit and wait, probably 10-15 minutes, finally one of the stylist had a no call no show, so she could take me. First of all, she was very nice and understanding, second, I told her my budget and showed her what I wanted. She said, I'm not sure if I can do that within your budget, so I went up 25, and said 275, that's my max. She says, I will get a couple estimates for you and I'll be right back. I waited 5 minutes, she came back and said ok, I have 2 for you, 290 for what I wanted, don't quote me on that, and the next one was, I can give you a similar version, just not as blonde, but it will be pretty blonde. She explained it to me and I said, ok let's do that. She seen I was unsure about it and said you know that's not what you want, I said no, it's not. So I bit the bullet and said just do the one I showed you. I honestly don't think she knew how to do it, she kept asking the manager questions, , so anyways, you'll see by the pictures it's a very light blonde with little copper streaks throughout it. I asked if she was going to put me under the dryer to activate the blonde, she said, I don't do that. Let me just quickly finish. She washed my hair probably 4 times, called the manager over and they were pointing to a few spots where the copper bled into the blonde, she put some kind of corrector on it, washed it again. Left me in the chair for about 10-15 minutes yet again, then came back. Oh, have I said that I'm handicapped and in a wheelchair? To make a long story short, this is what I got! So angry at the entire process. I'm probably not going to go back again. Here are the pictures, the last one is what I wanted. She did tell me that my hair will look just like the picture. My butt, just like the picture, far from it! First of all, it's orange and look at the roots! I really want the money back I paid, $255 , that's a lot of money when you're on disability and expecting what you want or even close to it. I want a refund.
