- AGAshley Garcia4 days ago2.0What was supposed to be 2 simple returns turned into one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. I did not think not having my receipt would be in issue, we’ve always been able to look up my account through email for years at this Sephora with no problem. Wren thought of everything in the book to make this return impossible for me. She did not care that my 22 month old was screaming at the top of his lungs and that the rest of the shoppers were very uncomfortable while this show was going on. This could have been resolved in 2 minutes but instead it turned into a 10 minute ongoing investigation for something that she clearly knew how to resolve to begin with. The amount of hate and unwillingness to help that I went through this morning is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced from anyone at Sephora. 5/15/26 I will drive the 35 minutes to Arrowhead or Biltmore moving forward if it means avoiding these types of situations. Some people simply like to add a drag to life, wren is one of those people. Also lied about not having my wallet…. Smh never again.

I just asked if they have that product and she show up after few minutes with the product but wasn’t in a box or anything she give me the tester. I buy it because I was needed but just because I didn’t say anything about doesn’t mean I am stupid. I forgot her name but I will check it out one of those days. I come to shop not to stay frustrated at the cashier 🤦🏻 She was acting like she owed the place
