  Nicole at Great Clips in Van Buren is absolutely outstanding. She consistently does a fantastic job on all three of my kids, my husband, and myself—which is no small task since we all want something a little different. She takes the time to listen, pays attention to detail, and always makes sure we leave happy with the results. What really sets Nicole apart is her consistency and professionalism. Every visit is a great experience, and the quality never drops. At this point, we only go when we know she’s working—that’s how much we trust her. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, skilled, and great with both kids and adults, I highly recommend asking for Nicole. She’s the reason we keep coming back!

  I asked for a certain haircut and she kept cutting my hair shorter even though I told her continusly that I did not want it shorter and now I'm stuck with an ugly pixie cut that I did not ask for. I cried my eyes out because I had to go to prom with this horrible hairstyle. The hair dresser just shrugged and told me to go pay for it. She didn't even clean the cut hair off of my face. I was so excited for my haircut and she ruined it.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I came in for a haircut today and took the time to clearly explain exactly what I wanted. The stylist was very kind and friendly, which I appreciated. However, the haircut itself was extremely disappointing. The service felt rushed. I was in and out of the chair in about five minutes (quickest haircut of my life) not to mention it was not busy at all, and most of my instructions were not followed, including specifically asking not to take any length off the top. When I got home and had a closer look, I was honestly shocked at how it turned out. It’s hard to even describe how uneven and off it looks. I ended up trying to fix it myself and even bought a set of shears so my wife could help salvage it. Unfortunately, we had to cancel photos we had scheduled for tomorrow because of how bad the haircut turned out.
