- TTTungtyd1Aug 1, 20261.0Ok parents I am letting you know that I have a 14 yr old who is a very easy pleaser. She is not a difficult child by any means and so when she cries about something, it is genuine. There is a new "crew" of "stylists" in the salon now and they seem to be out of touch with today's youth. I and my girls used to enjoy salon days with Dad but after today, Penny's salon is out. My child is mortified and because she is mannered and respectful, she refrained from saying what she thought to the "stylist" (gratefully) who somehow has a license to do her job?? Anyways, parents just be aware that the current workers aren't listening well and be as vigilant as possible during the procedure. Speak up if what was requested is not what is being executed! I didn't sit and watch so I could have spoken up and stopped the massacre from occuring,...don't be me. Older folks need some training in whatever helps them relate to and understand our kids these days when it comes to fashion and beauty or else they are going to lose A LOT of business and get blasted in reviews.
