- JPJay Porter1 day ago4.0Great location, nice. And seems high quality overall. Front desk is a bit odd / greeter staff not as friendly as most establishments of this nature. Massage was great and Dakota was amazing. It would be a 5 star if front desk staff was as good as rest.
- JWJustin Weston4 days ago1.0My massage therapist was kind, however, my massage was scheduled to start at 10 AM, I looked at the clock on the counter when my therapist came into your room and it was 10:07. It was a 50 minute massage, I purchased an add-on for $30 for a scalp massage. She walked out of the room after my massage was completed at 10:52 AM. My total was $180. So not only did my 50 minute massage end up being only 45 minutes but my $30 additional add-on actually subtracted from what was supposed to be to my 50 minute. Point being I paid an additional $30 for an Point being I paid an additional $30 for a scout massage that instead of being an additional 10 minutes to do my scalp massage she cut off 10 minutes of my full body massage And I was still charged an additional fee. Mind you three services today for me and my 2 daughters What’s $500 for 3 50 minute massage massages With all of this being said, I do want to let everyone know the staff was kind, the establishment was very clean, and the atmosphere was very calming. I do recommend you do watch your times when you book. I’m not sure if this is a repeat occurrence, but my massage was cut short
- OGOlivia Gammill6 days ago5.0I brought my mom to WH for her birthday. When I called to setup the appointments, I asked them not to text her as it was a surprised, but she did receive a text. I called and WH offered us both the salt room & infrared sauna complimentary. We arrived early for our appointments to enjoy the quiet lounge and we were treated to a VIP room, mimosas, and macarons. Both of our massages were great and we loved the relaxing salt room. We loved the robes and personal notes in our lockers. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate WH for their amazing customer service and we will be back!!

Walking in feels like you’ve entered another world. The quiet room is a great place to settle in and read. We also tried out the salt room and were pleased with the calming effects. My Oura ring can attest I left feeling very relaxed!!
- AMAshlee McDanielJun 4, 20263.0I did the woodhouse special calming retreat massage with Alysia and she was amazing. Very relaxing and just what I needed! Overall the experience was great but I was disappointed because I got there early to relax in the quiet room and was really wanting a mimosa before my massage. There were a group of ladies being very loud in the quiet room which was unfortunate because I’m a new mom and just wanted 30 minutes of peace and quiet. I was also never offered a drink or ever checked up on while in the quiet room. When checking out I had a gift card and wanted to use the remaining balance on my gift card as part of my therapists tip but the girl at the front desk told me just to hit no tip on the iPad screen and that I could leave the tip afterwards. I guess she misunderstood me, gave me my gift card back and when asked again if I could leave the remaining gift card balance for part of her tip she said that wasn’t an option any longer since we had hit no tip on the screen. Pretty frustrating as I had to pay way more out of pocket that I had planned for to tip her unfortunately. Overall my experience was fine but probably won’t be coming back as I feel I can get better service elsewhere.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations is subject to charges up to the full service value. All no-show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their service and be charged the full service amount. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
Minors (under the age of 18) may only receive services following written parental/legal guardian consent (via signature on the Spa Intake Form). Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian in the treatment room during the entirety of the service and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in all areas of the spa, including but not limited to the Locker Room, Quiet Room, and Retail/Lobby area.
Please note: Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to receive services at Woodhouse Rogers.
Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for minor guests. We do not perform the following services for anyone under 18:
• Body & Bath treatments (Bath treatments, body scrubs, wraps)
• Peel-based skincare services
• Any packages that include the above services
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and The Woodhouse Day Spa Gift Cards. The Woodhouse Day Spa® gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and The Woodhouse Day Spa® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit.
There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In keeping with The Woodhouse Vision, purity and quality are essential elements in our skin and body care products. In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
