  Why is the staff here so impolite, or outright rude? I usually have the best time going to Sephora in any other city. In fact, usually it's a pick-me-up after a tough day! This Sephora has confused staff who act annoyed by a question they prompted by asking me if I needed anything. I asked about a specific Dior foundation, which they'd never heard of, and they told me I was talking about a body foundation. I said that I was asking about a face foundation and concealer, but that I didn't see it in this store. They responded, "What's out is what we have" and rushed away like I was a nuisance. They also made fun of my friend for asking if there were any cool samples available. It's Sephora. We are both Rouge status and getting samples is not a strange thing to ask about. I wish I knew why this Sephora can't seem to get it together.

  I’ve only had very positive experiences here! They offer to help you and it’s easy to ask for help too! Unsure if things have changed in management recently, based on all of the negative reviews, I have only seen a positive and helpful vibe from all employees! (In my opinion/ my personal experience there) Erin is amazing at brows; explaining what was going on, helpful tips, and my brows turned out better than I ever could’ve imagined!

  We visited on a rainy day, so it was nice and quiet inside. The staff was exceptionally helpful and took the time to help us find a great detangler for hair, a tinted SPF moisturizer, and a face mask that was gentle enough for both a child and an adult. Sephora has so many great options. I think it’s easy to spend around $100 on a visit, so if you make it out for less, consider it a win! They also have a bargain section with discounted items, which is worth checking out. The location is right on the Promenade, so you can’t miss it. Overall, it was a great shopping experience with friendly, knowledgeable staff.

  The lady who I talk to about cologne clearly had no interest in helping me. Was short, dismissive, not helpful at all and acted like I was an inconvenience to her because I wanted to smell a lot of colognes before finding one I liked. I ended up leaving and going to Ulta and was treated great and got a ton of product there because the sales person actually helped me (see my review there).
