- AJAmber JohnsonApr 20, 20251.0My appointment was at 11 when the salon opened and I didn't leave until 730 that night. I asked for caramel highlights. Something to help blend the greys. All I recommend is ask how long they've been doing hair before you let them start. I get home and I still see the grey hair where I requested she put more effort in to. I wasn't happy with how long I sat there.

We get there in time for our appts. and the girl tells me there is going to be a 45 minute wait on mine but she could start on my daughter. After showing her the picture of what my daughter wanted, I sat to wait for the other girl to get to me. My daughter gets done an hour later and her hair was NOTHING like the picture i showed her stylist, which wasn't a difficult cut in the first place. It was atleast 3 inches shorter than we wanted and had some choppy pieces in it that we never asked for. I then went on to ask why the stylist never got to me and it turned out to be a woman I had seen walking around doing nothing the entire time we were there who then said she had no time to cut my hair because they would be closing soon... as if i would have let them touch my hair after what happened to my 12 year old daughter anyway. My kid spent the whole night and next day upset and in tears over her hair. We called the manager, Elizabeth, who said that was their top stylist and asked what we expected her to do about it. We asked for a refund and she claimed she would call us back but that we would have to bring my kid up there so they could see how bad her hair really looked. Needless to say, we have not received a call back and my daughter is still very upset and that upsets and hurts me for her that I made the mistake of taking her to such a awful place! I would never recommend and will definitely never be returning!!!
