All I recommend is ask how long they've been doing hair before you let them start. I get home and I still see the grey hair where I requested she put more effort in to. I wasn't happy with how long I sat there.

- KTKyla TitmanMar 19, 20191.0I made an appointment for 4pm I arrived 10 minutes early was told the the stylist I was supposed to see wasn’t there yet and then the person at the desk left after that I waited 40 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me before I got up and waited at the desk for someone to come up and call the stylist then to find out that she wasn’t even scheduled for that day then I was told they could get me back in 30 minutes with someone else so I decided to wait and I did wait for over an hour and eventually just had to walk out this was the only day I had time to get my hair done and I am extremely upset but apparently none of their staff even cares if I could give zero stars I would worst customer service I’ve ever had extremely unprofessional and rude
